BAPE ONE ANNIVERSARY

Last night the team and I were invited to the 1 year anniversary of the Busy Workshop Store in soho. The party took place at club Marquee in NYC. We got into the party just fine (no wait in line ;-)) and there was open bar!! Not only did we celebrate for bape but we celebrated for my boy fresh who is leaving NYC to move to Cali. Big shout out to Fresh and make sure you hold down the A-Squad out in Cali. Visit the Lifestyle section to view the pics from last night.

Last night was a perfect night to introduce the brand and FINALLY we are ready to launch. Next week... yes I said it, Next week we'll give you the location on where to buy A.L.I.E.N :-D. I also wore the official A.L.I.E.N ONLY jacket to the event :-D.

Yesterday was indeed a good day. From venturing out to the anything store to chillin on the lower east side devouring whoppers it was a day that was made increasingly pleasant due to the great weather. I mean 60 degrees in January? It doesn't get any better. Our day eventually led us to a photoshoot with Castro, it was the true epitome of guerilla photography. The vibe was beyond cool with the cast of talent including designers,artists,writers,photographers and even a comedian!big up to Vlad (steve's long lost cousin) and one wicked chick who did it all...shout out to marijuana. After this impromptu party Steve,Marijuana John and I headed out to Rivington street to Barron from Kid Robot's b-day party. The vibe was cool and the music was wicked and all was well as the drinks continuously flowed!

Corperate Fashion stealing Indie brand designs!

See... this is the type of sh*t I don't like. Big companies trying to rip design ideas from small indie brands. It shows how much these b*tch ass designers they hire have no fashion sense or creativity of their own. I just had to put this up because this has happened to me too (Mutha F*ck'n Disney Vintage and another brand). But like I said on my myspace page, the true artists are the Unknown artist. We draw, design, create our asses off and then the big corerate brands steal our creations and use it at their own. But it's all good though because that's all they are good at, STEALING, they can't come up with their own exclusive design. So us unknown artist will rise and come up with something 10 times better from the last.

Anyways, the original design is from an indie brand by the name of Johnny Cupcakes. This dude has some serious stuff man, much love to his team and I know their not sweat'n it because the re-make is pure garbage compared to the original.

Yes FINALLY the site is up. Yes we know the collection section does not work. I'm not ready to show the pieces just yet but I promise you they will be up VERY soon. Sooner than you think. I just want to thank everyone who's part of the A.L.I.E.N nation, from NY to the durty south. All my galaxy riders from soho to harlem. We've been getting serious love since day one and we are growing bigger and bigger by the day. A.L.I.E.N is going to be on some Wu-Tang clan sh*t just watch.

There is A LOT more coming for the site, more photos, more street fashion, up and coming events and more free shi*t. I want to expose the world to the A.L.I.E.N lifestyle and how we get down. A.L.I.E.N is a crew, a way of life before a clothing line. The OG crew started out with just Three members, two designers/stylists named Q-Luv and Tigga, and a fashion foward dude named Kyle. Now we're it's time to take over the world because we are tired of people bite'n our style and act'n like they started sh*t.

PROJECT NYC

The crew and I swung by project NYC and it was bigger and better this year. Nice giftbags, hand made t-shirts and lots of hot up and coming brands. What made my day was when I walked in and saw a big poster of my team. I'm really thinking about heading over to las vegas for Magic... we'll see how that goes. As far as A.L.I.E.N we couldn't hold it in anymore. We just had to give you guys a preview of what's launching in a couple of weeks. The first set of hoodies that will drop are the King of Beast hoodies and the very very VERY limited Jungle Pack hoodies. Two lucky stores in soho NY will be caring the brand. Stay tuned for more updates!!!

The reason why everything has been taking a little long to drop was because I was working on Stain'ed Civilization, A DVD for Model Tanya Dormeville, and A.L.I.E.N But now the DVD is finally finished and the Stain'ed Project has been put to the side so that A.L.I.E.N will be released. Monday night Swizz Beats had a surprise birthday party for his wife Mashonda at club cain. Cain is a very nice venue and the night was filled with celebs. APE SHALL KILL FAPES

I was surf'n thru myspace when I got haulted by a funny ass page. Fake Stas Owned is a page dedicated to putting fakesters on BLAST. They'll even put you're image up untill you admit to your $50.00 fake bapes. But the fakness doesn't stop there, apprantly they have fake bape leather jackets and varsity jackets out onCoolKicks.com I didn't know it would reach that far. I know everyones trying to "fit in" and look "hip" but honestly if you can't afford it, don't stoop to buying the fakes. We all understand that there are people out there who can't afford $200 sneakers and $500 hooded sweatshirts but, there are way to look super fresh with out breaking bread. It's a better look if you're caught in a fresh H&M outfit then a cheap low quality bootleg. Just my opinion. Take care kiddies.

Last nights party dot com

Last night the crew and I did a little partying. The OG A.L.I.E.N crew hasn't hung out and party in a while so we decided to throw out any bad karma/drama we had from the last year and start out fresh. Plus too many fashion clicks out there were claiming they have things on lock so it was only right that we came in to let them know what it really is. This was the first party we went to for the new year, we all enjoyed ourselves and agreed that we gotta stay tight. I got much love for the whole A-crew. From the OG's to my new age crew. Anyways, I f*cked up my computer and don't have photoshop on this one so i'm too lazy to upload all the pics and make a gallery. So I just chose a few and maybe i'll post some more later....

This is the first post of the new year and there's really not much to say. I was hoping to have pictures from the party I went to @ my boys house but everyone was too drunk.
